Michelle Helm Pozzi is an experienced quality assurance professional with a strong background in gene therapy and pharmaceutical quality management. Currently serving as Director of Quality Assurance-Gene Therapy at Gyroscope Therapeutics since December 2019, Michelle has previously held positions at Shire (now part of Takeda) as GMP Clinical QA Lead (Associate Director) and at G&W Laboratories as Senior Quality Assurance Manager, R&D. Michelle's extensive experience at Teva Pharmaceuticals includes roles from Quality Assurance Supervisor to Senior Quality Assurance Manager, focusing on cGMP compliance and oversight of clinical trial batch records. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in RA/QA from Temple University School of Pharmacy, a Project Management Certificate from Delaware Valley University, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Gwynedd Mercy University.
