Nick Thorne

Nick Thorne is an experienced product leader with a strong background in AI and logistics. Currently serving as the Head of Product - AI at Orbital since January 2024, Thorne previously held the position of Product Director at WiseTech Global for Shipamax from November 2022 to January 2024. Prior to that, Thorne was the Director of Product at Shipamax, where efforts focused on automating logistics processes to enhance scalability. Thorne's extensive experience also includes roles at Pusher and Yoyo Wallet, where work centered on mobile payments and platform products. Thorne began a career in business by founding ICaPRTY, an events company targeting university students, while studying at Imperial College London, where a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering was earned between 2009 and 2013.
