Guy York is an experienced structural engineer and planning commissioner with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving on the Highland Township Planning Commission since March 2023, Guy has been with Orbital Engineering, Inc. as a Senior Engineer in the Detroit Region since March 2010. Active in professional organizations, Guy is a member of the Structural Engineers Association of Michigan and the American Concrete Institute. Previous roles include Planning Commissioner for the City of Wixom, Adjunct Professor at Lawrence Technological University, and various engineering management positions at Jacobs Engineering and Ruby & Associates.
