Marlon Theran is a goal-oriented Senior Project Manager and Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in capital project management across the oil and gas, petrochemical, energy, and manufacturing sectors. With a proven track record in managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams, Marlon has successfully contributed to significant projects, including the REPSOL Refinery Expansion and the Chevron Richmond Refinery Modernization. Currently, Marlon leads capital project management efforts at Orbital Engineering, Inc., while also holding a Master in Project Management. Marlon's diverse expertise encompasses project life-cycle management from concept through execution and closeout, ensuring safety and efficiency in all endeavors.
