Robby Frantz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in utility services and infrastructure improvement, currently serving as Vice President of Utility Services at Orbital Engineering, Inc., and previously as Director of Utility Infrastructure Improvement. Prior roles include Manager of GIS & Third Party Attachments and Supervisor of Third Party Attachments at Duquesne Light Company, as well as positions at Eaton Corporation as a Power System Engineer, Westinghouse Electric Company as a System Engineer, and General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems as a Systems Engineer.
