Regina DeCoster

Regina DeCoster has over 25 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, and product management roles. Regina began their career in 1994 as Membership Development Manager at the Intelligent Transportation Society of America. In 1998, they became a National Account Manager at ORBCOMM, where they opened new markets and drove adoption and revenues in automotive, commercial telematics, and consumer electronics channels. From 2000 to 2007, they worked at Sprint as Senior Product Line Manager for the Transportation, Distribution & Retail Industries, where they provided key leadership and drove the development of innovative and successful wireless business solutions. From 2007 to 2009, they were Senior Manager Business Development at Sierra Wireless, where they developed a targeted partner network for a new mobile communications platform. From 2009 to 2010, they were a Senior Consultant & Associate at CJ Driscoll & Associates, where they provided project-based analysis and consulting for business strategy and marketing research. Finally, from 2012 to present, they have been Business Development Director at Orbital Installation Technologies, LLC, where they lead and manages business development, sales, and marketing programs. Her efforts have resulted in an average of 20% YoY revenue growth, elevating the company's industry profile and footprint.
