Daniel Aley

Daniel Aley is a skilled UI/UX designer with experience in developing user interfaces and experiences for space-based technologies. Currently working at Orbital Sidekick since February 2022, Daniel focuses on platforms that support hyperspectral infrastructure and satellite operations. Previously, from August 2019 to February 2022, Daniel served as a UI/UX Design Engineer for the NASA JPL Deep Space Network Operations and Maintenance Program while at Peraton. Daniel's early career includes roles such as an Undergraduate Researcher at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, a Product Designer for a NASA Startup, and a Web & Graphic Designer for the Cal Poly Pomona Liquid Rocket Lab. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
