Hector Delgado has a long and varied work experience. In 1987, they joined the US Navy as a USNR (SEAL-Ret). In 1994, they became an Adjunct Instructor at the Global Maritime and Transportation School at the United States Merchant Marine Academy. In 2002, they joined the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as a Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Special Agent (Retired). In 2007, they became the Vice President Board of Directors at The National Navy UDT-SEAL Museum, where they were responsible for fundraising, promoting and preserving the legacy of the UDT-SEALs, and honoring fallen heroes through the Navy SEAL Memorial. In 2015, they became the Director at NextPlat, where they provided voice, data and tracking solutions in areas of the world where regular methods of communication do not exist or are limited. In 2017, they took on two roles; President at ASR Alert Systems, a Patented security technology company specializing in the field of alert notifications to First Responders in the event of a crisis, and Naval Academy Selection Board at the Office of US Senator Marco Rubio. In 2018, they became a Committee Member on Governor DeSantis Transition Advisory Committee on Public Safety. In 2020, they became the Director at WARRIOR HEALTH FOUNDATION, where they are committed to helping military SOF veterans through proactive and preventative healthcare services at 100% zero cost to the participant. In 2014, they also co-founded the BattleFrog Race Series, an obstacle course race company.
Hector Delgado began their educational journey in 1987 when they joined the US Navy in support of national defense initiatives. In 1996, they attended the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and earned a degree in Criminal Investigation with a focus on Fugitives. In April 2020, they were awarded a Technology Patent from the USPTO. In June 1996, they obtained a Certified Criminal Investigator certification from the United States Marshals Service.
