🚀 George McCarron

George McCarron's work experience begins in 2014 when they worked as a Foods Customer Assistant at Marks and Spencer until January 2020. In 2017, they became a Private Tutor at MyTutor.co.uk, a role they held until July 2019. In July 2019, George worked as a Software Engineering Intern at Capital One. Following this, from September 2020 to February 2022, they worked as a Software Engineer (SDE1) at Capital One. In February 2022, George joined ClearScore as a Frontend Developer (IC3), where they focused on building new features and running experiments on the frontend. 🚀 George also designed and implemented microservice-based APIs for web and mobile apps. George's most recent role is as a Frontend Engineer at Orbital Witness, starting in July 2023.

George McCarron completed their education history as follows:

From 2017 to 2020, they studied at the University of Nottingham, where they obtained a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science.

Prior to that, from 2015 to 2017, they attended Dartford Grammar School Sixth Form and earned an International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma.

From 2010 to 2015, they completed their GCSEs at Dartford Grammar School.

In addition to their academic qualifications, George has obtained several certifications. In July 2021, they became a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals through Microsoft. In November 2020, they obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). 🚀 George also holds the AWS Certified Developer – Associate certification, which they obtained in August 2021, and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification, acquired in March 2021.
