Kendall Carpenter

Kendall Carpenter has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1978 with Sartain Fischbein & Co. CPA Firm, where they served as a Senior Acct-Management Advisory Services. In 1986, they took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at Ansa Bottle Company, where they were responsible for operations and accounting and supervised the national sales force. In 1990, they became the Controller and Office Manager at Carpenter & Carpenter Attorneys at Law. From 1993 to 2004, they served as the Controller at Secure Agent Software, where they were the top financial officer and was responsible for sales and marketing support. From 2004 to 2014, they were the Division Controller at Allied Waste, where they were responsible for general ledger, budgeting, SOX compliance testing, management reporting, forecasting and all office support functions. From 2014 to 2019, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Drone Aviation Corp. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Chief Financial Officer at ComSovereign Holding Corp. Currently, they are the Director and Director, Audit Committee Chair at NextPlat.

Kendall Carpenter attended Oklahoma State University from 1974 to 1978, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. In 1984, they obtained the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Certified Management Accountant: CMA®. Kendall is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
