Jaime Herand has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jaime began their career as a Graphic Design Intern/Freelancer at the Heard Museum in 2004 and later served as a Graphic Design Intern at kate spade new york in 2003. Jaime then joined Orbus Exhibit & Display Group in 2005 and held several positions, including Art Services Supervisor from 2005 to 2008, Graphics Manager from 2008 to 2010, Director of Graphic Operations from 2011 to 2012, and finally VP of Graphic Operations from 2013 to present. In 2022, they also served as a Chief Member at Chief, a private network focused on empowering women leaders.

Jaime Herand attended Arizona State University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design & Communications. In terms of additional certifications, Jaime obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Purdue University in May 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Lean Leadership Skills Workshop at ASQ - World Headquarters in March 2019. In January 2018, Jaime acquired a Training Within Industry Job Relation certification from IMEC Illinois. In May 2011, they obtained a G7 Professional Certification from Idealliance, and in November 2010, completed the X-rite Integrated Color Management Course at X-Rite.
