Sunny Liu serves as the APAC Customer Success Lead at Orbus Software since December 2021, overseeing more than 80 enterprise-level customers in the APAC region to ensure retention and value delivery in enterprise architecture. Prior experience includes a strategic project management role at Nestlé Nespresso SA, focusing on new commercial channels and implementing technology projects with significant commercial outcomes. Additionally, Sunny co-founded ScenaStage, a marketplace for musicians, and has a background in relationship management and performance arts education. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Medical Science at UNSW, Sunny combines a diverse skill set in customer success, project management, and strategic initiatives.
