Kelly Bush

Kelly Bush has extensive experience in quality assurance and research within the biomedical field. Currently serving as Site Quality Lead - Clinical at Orca Bio since January 2021, Kelly has also held roles as a Quality Assurance Supervisor and Quality Analyst. Prior to this, Kelly worked as a Research Associate at ThermoGenesis Holdings, Inc. from December 2019 to December 2020, and as a Staff Research Associate III in Dr. Paul Knoepfler's lab at Shriners Hospitals for Children/UCDMC from May 2009 to December 2019, focusing on chromatin, epigenetics, and gene regulation interconnected with cancer and developmental issues. Earlier experience includes an undergraduate research assistant role at the UC Davis Mouse Behavior Assessment Lab and seasonal work as an Assistant Winemaker at Madrona Vineyards. Kelly holds a degree in Biological Sciences with a focus on Neurology, Physiology, and Behavior from the University of California, Davis.
