Roi Bejerano

Roi Bejerano serves as a Legal Specialist at Orca Security, managing the legal cycle for GTM operations across North America and LATAM, with a focus on contract negotiations and compliance with privacy regulations. Additionally, prior experience includes a Senior Associate position at Tadmor Levy & Co., specializing in M&A and commercial law in the tech sector, and a consultancy role at KPMG Israel in corporate development and M&A strategies. Roi holds a Global MBA in Strategy & Business Development from Reichman University, along with dual bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and International Business Law, and completed legal certifications at Duke University and the University of Geneva.
