Paulina Rzepiel

Paulina Rzepiel is an accomplished finance and operations manager with extensive experience in optimizing business processes through technology solutions. Currently holding the position of Finance and Operations Manager at Orcan Intelligence Ltd since November 2022, Paulina also co-founded The Beaverhead Ltd in January 2014, where responsibilities include establishing business strategies and managing cross-functional teams. Additional roles include Co-founder and Operations Manager at FINTALENT since January 2022, and previous experience as an Office Administrator and Bookkeeper at Coffee Plant, alongside various positions as a Grant Writer and IT Project Manager. Paulina holds a Master's degree in Managerial Economics from Krakow University of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Zielona Góra.
