Falon Charles-Jabri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education, project management, and administration. As the Founder and Managing Director of Growing Needs Foundation since June 2016, Falon oversees project management and compliance to achieve impactful outcomes. In the role of English Second Language Instructor at Tutor Tools, Falon developed innovative tutoring programs and instructional materials to enhance student literacy and numeracy. Additional teaching roles at various institutions have focused on curriculum design and student assessment. Prior to a career in education, Falon served as a Regional Account Manager at Global Meetr, specializing in the hospitality industry.
