Jake Hoffner is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in product and engineering leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product & Engineering at Andela since March 2023, Hoffner also provides technical advisory at Orca. Previously, Hoffner held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Qualified.io from January 2015 to March 2023, where new revenue lines were successfully introduced. Hoffner co-founded Codewars, an educational platform for software developers, and founded Hoffner Corporation, specializing in web development consulting. A former Sr. Manager at DIRECTV, Hoffner led product development for innovative media products. With a background in software development and a certification in audio engineering, Hoffner has built a strong career across various technology-driven organizations.
