Sonia Ayala

Sonia Ayala has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Sonia has worked at Orchard Commercial Real Estate since 2009, starting as an Assistant Property Manager and progressing to roles such as Property Manager, Senior Property Manager, and Portfolio Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at the company. Prior to joining Orchard Commercial Real Estate, Sonia worked as an Assistant Property Manager at Charles Dunn Company for a brief period in 2009. Sonia also worked as an Analyst at Page Mill Properties from 2006 to 2008.

Sonia Ayala obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from San Francisco State University, completing their education between 2000 and 2005. Additionally, they received a certification as a Real Property Administrator from BOMI International in 2021.
