Tim Ballas

Tim Ballas has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. Tim started their career at Cushman & Wakefield, where they spent 10 years managing large institutional properties and helping build the third party management portfolio in San Francisco. Tim then moved on to Transwestern, where they opened and established the Bay Area office and managed the third party and directly owned portfolio. After that, they joined Insignia as a Managing Director before joining CBRE as a Managing Director, where they led the Asset Services Group to become the top Bay Area ranking in terms of square footage under management and served as a court-appointed Receiver for distressed properties. Most recently, Tim Ballas worked at Orchard Commercial, Inc. as the Vice President of Asset Management, focusing on expansion, increased market share, and development of best practices in the property management business.

Tim Ballas attended Sam Houston State University from 1977 to 1981, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. Tim also obtained CCIM and CPM designations, although the specific years of this education are not mentioned.
