Joanne Cheng

Joanne Cheng has been working in the beauty industry since 2010. Joanne began their career at Premier Candle Corp. as an Account Manager and Product Developer, where they provided recommendations and solutions to drive client sales, created seasonal catalogs to attract new businesses, and briefed teams on new projects. Joanne also held the role of Procurement and Logistics Coordinator, where they issued POs to vendors, worked with inbound/outbound transportation carriers, and approved logistics expenses. In 2016, they joined Upper Canada Soap & Candle Makers as an Associate Product Manager and Crystal Int'l (Group) Inc. & Crystal Claire Cosmetics Inc. as an Account Manager. Joanne also worked as a Freelance Makeup Artist at Joanne Makeup, where they were the lead and assistant makeup artist for marketing campaigns and provided one-on-one beauty consultations. In 2018, they joined Fruits & Passion Boutiques Inc. as a Product Manager and in 2021, they joined Orchard Custom Beauty as a Product Developer.

Joanne Cheng attended Simon Fraser University from 2005 to 2010, where they earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing.
