Paul Havinga

Paul Havinga has worked for a variety of companies since 2009, beginning with Ahold, where they held the roles of VP EXPANSION and Change Director. In 2011, they became the CEO of BCC Elektro-speciaalzaken BV, and in 2014 they joined HEMA as Executive Director Operations, Franchise & International. Paul also held roles as Lid Raad van Advies at Van Benthem & Keulen and Lid Raad van Toezicht at Alpe d'HuZes in 2014. In 2017, they became the Owner/Executive Director of HAAF Interim & Consultancy. In 2018, they took on the roles of Voorzitter RvC - AGU and Commissaris AGU. In 2021, they became the CEO of both Orchard Custom Beauty and Fasten - Innovative Beauty Packaging, as well as the Commissaris of Bravilor Bonamat.

Paul Havinga began their education journey in 1990 when they obtained a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Groningen. Paul then continued their studies at Nyenrode Business University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business in 1994. In 1995, they obtained a Master's Degree in Political & Social Cultural Sciences from the University of Amsterdam. In 2006, they attended INSEAD to study Leadership. In 2008, they attended Cornell University to study Retail General Management.
