Sarah Gummett-Hart is a seasoned professional in the field of music therapy and mental health, currently serving as Senior Mental Health Lead and Clinical Lead for Arts Therapies at Orchard Hill College & Academy Trust since May 2021. With over a decade of experience at Orchard Hill College, Sarah provides part-time music therapy for young adults with various learning disabilities. Additionally, Sarah co-founded Little Hart’s Music, offering therapeutic music sessions for young children and their parents. Previous roles include Project Lead at Natspec, where innovative outcome measurements were explored for students making small but significant progress. Sarah has also contributed to the British Association for Music Therapy in various trustee roles, enhancing the public profile of music therapy.
