Heather Holden is an experienced vocal music educator with a history of teaching in various educational settings. Currently serving as a Vocal Music Teacher at Orchard Park Central School District since August 2017, Heather instructs K-5 general music and 4th and 5th Grade Chorus, while co-directing the school musical. Additionally, Heather has been the Concert Choir Conductor for Buffalo Niagara Youth Choir since 2014, leading weekly rehearsals and organizing concerts for a youth choir. Previously, Heather spent eleven years as a Music Educator in the Kenmore-Tonawanda School District, teaching general music and directing choir programs. Heather also owned and directed Music Together of Hamburg, facilitating early childhood music classes, and held a part-time music educator role at West Seneca Schools. Early in the career, Heather gained valuable experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Temple University. Heather holds a Post-Graduate Study degree in Music Teacher Education from the University at Buffalo, a Master of Arts in Vocal Performance from Temple University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
