Kyle Kulczyk

Kyle Kulczyk, RBLP-T, has a diverse professional background encompassing roles in education, military service, and entrepreneurship. Currently a Substitute Teacher at Orchard Park Central School District, Kyle also operates KTK Custom Designs as a Small Business Owner since 2019. Previously, Kyle held positions as a Course Instructor at The Y (YMCA), and as an RBLP Adjunct Instructor for the Resilience-Building Leader Program. With extensive experience in the United States Marine Corps, roles included Human Resources Specialist, Military Relations and Service Member Transition Coordinator, and Operations Manager, demonstrating a strong focus on training, recruitment, and personnel management. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Logistics, an Associate of Arts in Human Resources, and is pursuing a Master of Science in Sports Management from American Military University.
