Sarah O'Connell

Sarah joined the Business Space Asset Management team at Orchard Street in 2016 having been a Director at Colliers International where she began her career, qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) in 2006. Her experience ranges from advising major corporates on strategic office relocations and acting as Corporate Relationship Manager for numerous UK and Global office occupiers alongside providing development, repositioning and leasing advice to investors. Since joining Orchard Street Sarah has focused on both office and industrial asset management together with her role on the Responsible Investment Committee continually developing and implementing the Orchard Street Responsible Investment Strategy.
