Alex McDonald

Alex McDonald is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, primarily focusing on Human Services. Currently serving as the Managing Director of The Orchard Talent Group since April 2017, McDonald leads efforts to enhance leadership capabilities in Aged, Disability, and Public Health organizations. Previously, McDonald was the Managing Director and co-founder of the Aged Care and Human Services asset at Derwent, Australia's largest independent search firm. Before that, McDonald held general management positions at SimplyThick, LLC and Next Level Existence, along with sales leadership roles at USB Movers and Media Movers. McDonald holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Sydney.
