Melanie Nelson has an extensive background in patient services and support, primarily within the pharmaceutical industry. Their roles have included managing patient support and access navigator teams, leading training and marketing initiatives, collaborating with various departments to enhance patient journeys, and developing reimbursement programs and materials.
