Katy Galford

Katy Galford has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Katy began their career in 2009 at Bridgewater Associates, where they worked in client service for three years. In 2012, they joined Geode Capital Management as a Business Development Associate. The following year, Katy moved to Income Research + Management, where they held the position of Senior Client Portfolio Associate until 2015. Katy then transitioned to Assistant Vice President, Client Relationship Manager at the same company and worked until June 2016. In 2018, Katy joined Colgate-Palmolive as an Assistant Brand Manager and eventually became an Associate Brand Manager. Their most recent role was at Orchard, starting in 2020, where they initially served as Lead Recruiter before becoming the Lead HR Business Partner in July 2021.

Katy Galford completed their education history with a Master of Business Administration (MBA), specializing in Strategy, at NYU Stern School of Business from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.
