Marianne McGinnity

Marianne McGinnity, MSEd, is an experienced professional in transaction management and real estate operations, currently serving as a Transaction Manager at Orchard since May 2022. Prior to this role, Marianne held the position of Lead Transaction Manager at Zillow from July 2021 to May 2022, where responsibilities included representing Zillow’s interests in home acquisitions and facilitating smooth transitions from contract to close. Marianne's extensive background also includes working as a Transaction Coordinator and Licensed Assistant at Teresa Cowart Team / ReMax Accent, managing over 100 files monthly and coordinating between various stakeholders in real estate transactions. Additionally, Marianne has experience as an Office Manager and Licensed Administrator at Waterways Realty Corp, as well as in property management as a Rental Coordinator. Marianne holds a Master of Education degree from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science degree from The Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University.
