Sean Gilliland

Sean Gilliland has a diverse work experience in the mortgage industry. Sean currently holds the position of Director of Mortgage Operations at Orchard since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operations Officer at LoanMonkey from October 2019 to January 2022. Sean also worked at Cornerstone First Mortgage as an Operations Manager from January 2017 to October 2019, and at San Diego Funding as the Chief Operating Officer from April 2016 to January 2017. Before that, they gained experience in operations and compliance with Integrity First Financial Group (IFFG) from February 2015 to April 2016. Sean's earlier roles include Director of Operations at Synergy One Lending from June 2012 to February 2015, and Director of Operations at Security One Lending, Inc. in 2012. Sean began their career as the General Manager at Joes Hardwood Floors from June 2008 to June 2012.
