Alexis Alan

As a servant leader for the organization, Mr. Alan brings 20 years of executive experience in finance, mortgage lending and people development. He is currently the Founder and Chief Innovation Officer for The Xelnala Collective, a privately held company focusing on the success of its workforce while quickly building a portfolio of Real Estate Holdings, Investments and Philanthropic initiatives. Previously as the Chief of Lending and Vice President for Quicken Loans, he made a name for himself amongst industry leaders as a respected venture capital investor, banking innovator and influential leader facilitating expansion, acquisition and product development. Mr. Alan or “Lex” as he’s known around the office, believes that a people-focused approach is the key to any successful venture, and his passion for children and families first led him to Orchards many years ago. He began his career at Orchards Children’s Services in community relations leading programs such as Arts Beat and Eats, Revvin’ with Ford, the Annual Holiday Party and a Visteon partnership that launched the Visteon – Orchards’ Computer Lab. His passion for learning and growth as well as his enthusiasm for taking care of clients motivates his ongoing commitment to the development and support of young people.
