Kari Guttman, MSW has a diverse work experience in the field of social work. From 2009 to 2010, they worked at Orchards Children's Services as a Child and Family Worker, where they managed foster care cases, completed reports and appeared in court on behalf of the children and families. As a Social Work Intern at The Alliance for Children's Rights in 2011, they assisted in the implementation of a fostering connections program and collaborated with other organizations on a stakeholders conference. In 2010, they were a Mentor Connection Intern at Jewish Family Services. Since 2012, Kari has been the Director of Treatment Foster Care and Clinical Services Department at Orchards Children's Services, where they are involved in providing services for children and youth in need.

Kari Guttman, MSW, has a strong educational background in the field of social work. In 2005, Kari began their undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Kari completed their undergraduate studies in 2009. Building on their knowledge and passion for the field, Kari then proceeded to the University of Michigan School of Social Work in 2010. There, they successfully obtained their Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in 2011, further developing their skills and expertise in the area of social work.
