Karol Naudi, LLMSW

Karol Naudi, LLMSW began their work experience in 2002 as an Applied Behavioral Analysis Therapist (ABA) at ABA In-Home Therapy, where they worked until 2006. In 2010, they joined Orchards Children's Services as a Family Reunification Case Manager before being promoted to Family Reunification Team Lead. In 2011, they then transitioned to the role of Adoption Resource Consultant (ARC) at the same company, where they facilitated meetings with a multidisciplinary team and utilized clinical skills to support the permanency process for children and youth.

Karol Naudi completed their Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Eastern Michigan University in 2009. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Social Work with a concentration in Child & Family, again from Eastern Michigan University, from 2008 to 2010.
