Alex Zamansky has a long and varied work experience. In 2020, they became the Head of Sales Engineering Worldwide and a Solution/Support Engineer for Orchestra Group. In 2018, they took on the role of Head of Customer Success and Director of Customer Support for Cronus Cyber Technologies, where they were responsible for the world's first Automated pen testing solution. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Head of Professional Services for ReSec Technologies, where they developed enterprise-grade solutions to prevent malware penetration of endpoint devices, networks, and data centers. From 2010 to 2015, they were a Subject Matter Expert/Technical Project Manager for Retalix, providing full technical support for worldwide customers. From 2006 to 2010, they were a Customer Support Engineer and NOC Operator-Team Leader for NeuStar NGM, responsible for nine team members.
Alex Zamansky completed a BA in Computer Science and Economics from Bar-Ilan University between 2004 and 2007. Prior to that, they attended Bosmat School for Computer Science from 1997 to 2000. Alex also attended Levinson, though no degree or field of study is specified.
