Inder Wadhwa

Vice President, Engineering & Operations at Orchestra Technology

Inder Wadhwa has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Inder started their career as a Software Engineer at Trilogy Software, where they worked on Hospital Management Systems. Inder then joined Great Plains Regional Medical Command, where they served as a Systems Analyst for the Integrated Financial Control System. After that, Inder joined Oracle Corporation as a Senior Database Consultant before moving to AT&T Wireless as a Senior Software Consultant. Inder later joined Descartes Systems Group as a Technical Lead, working on Systems Engineering and Software Development.

In 2000, Inder joined Alcatel USA as a Sr. Software Development Engineer, specializing in Wireless Intelligent Networks. Inder then moved to Spatial Wireless as a Principal Engineer in R&D, specifically focusing on Wireless Call Server. Inder continued to work with Spatial Wireless/Alcatel, this time as a Senior Manager, responsible for Solution Integration and Realization.

Inder then joined Alcatel-Lucent, where they held various positions. Inder served as the Director of R&D for E2E Solution before becoming the CTO for Mobile NGN India Projects. Eventually, they became the Director of R&D for Next Generation Mobile Core.

In 2013, Inder joined Orchestra Technology as the Vice President of Engineering and Operations. Throughout their career, Inder has gained valuable expertise and demonstrated leadership in various areas, including operations, engineering, research and development, and solution integration.

Inder Wadhwa obtained their Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Punjab Engineering College in the years 1990 to 1994. Later, from 1997 to 1999, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering at The University of Texas at Dallas. In 2009 to 2010, Inder completed the Graduate Institute of Managerial Leadership program at The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, in 2010, they attended Harvard Business School, specializing in Managing and Transforming Professional Service Firms.
