Carole Kershaw

Carole Kershaw is an experienced professional in management and operational leadership. Currently serving as a Manager at Orchid Cellmark since June 2012, Kershaw previously held the position of Head of Order to Cash at OCS Group UK from March 2011 to February 2012, where responsibilities included managing a team of 130 staff and overseeing comprehensive functions such as order management and revenue assurance. Kershaw also played a key role in designing and implementing a new shared service center structure and developing national policies and processes during this tenure. Prior experience includes serving as National Billing Manager at Virgin Media from December 1995 to December 2010.
