Orion Falvey

Orion Falvey is the Co-founder and Executive Director of Orchid Health, an organization dedicated to improving healthcare accessibility in rural Oregon, with a focus on enhancing community health, patient experience, cost efficiency, and employee satisfaction. Previous experience includes serving as Lead Project Manager for the Oregon Native American Flags Initiative, where Orion successfully coordinated a project to promote Native American culture on campus. Orion also worked as an International Freeman Fellow with Holt International in Cambodia, engaging in fund development and program management to assist families in extreme poverty. In addition, Orion contributed strategic insights as a Project Consultant for BRING Recycling through the University of Oregon Leadership in Action program. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Oregon and an online course from Harvard University on Innovating in Healthcare.
