Onkar Kumar has a diverse work history in the technology sector, starting as a Technical Team Lead at Seranova India Pvt. Ltd in 2000. Onkar then moved on to Cognizant Technology Solutions, where they held roles as a Program Director and Portfolio Director. After that, they joined Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. as a Senior Director, overseeing technology integration and team management. Later, they worked at The Walt Disney Company as an Executive, focusing on digital platforms for Disney Resorts. Currently, they serve as the Chief Information Officer at Orchid Insurance, leading the company through a successful private equity exit and driving digital transformation.
