Paul Dodgson

Paul Dodgson is an experienced QHSE Compliance Manager at Orchid Orthopedic Solutions since October 2013, overseeing Quality Assurance and Health, Safety, and Environmental System management. Prior to this role, Paul held positions such as Manager of Quality Systems, Health, Safety and Environmental Coordinator, and Quality Systems Engineer. Earlier in their career, Paul worked as a Group Quality Assurance Engineer at British Coal, leading the implementation of ISO9000 Quality Management Systems across multiple coal preparation plants. Paul holds a BSc in Technology, Maths, and Computer Programming from The Open University and a NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from Q1TUM Training, along with a Higher National Diploma in Mining Engineering from Doncaster Metropolitan Institute of Higher Education.
