Paul Strahm

Paul Strahm has extensive experience in manufacturing engineering, currently serving as Senior Manager Manufacturing Engineering at Orchid Orthopedic Solutions since 2016, where responsibilities include directing engineering activities for the production of medical implants and interfacing with OEM medical device customers globally. Prior to this, Paul worked at Pacific Steel Casting Company from 2009 to 2016 as Methods Engineer/Engineering Manager/Consultant, focusing on process improvement and tool design. Additionally, Paul held a position as Product Engineer at PCC Structurals, Inc. in 2014, specializing in the design and execution of product families using investment casting. Early experience includes a role as Injection Molding Technician at Labcon North America, where Paul was involved in mold installation, optimization, and quality monitoring. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Technologies from California State University, Chico.
