J has over 19 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on formulation development, process development, and scale-up. Prior to joining Orchid Pharma, Kumar was the Senior Director at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, where they oversaw the formulation development team. J has also held leadership positions at Lupin Research Park and Lupin Ltd.

J Surya Kumar earned their Ph.D. in Pharmacy from Kakatiya University.
