Rajesh Babu

Rajesh Babu is a seasoned Payroll Analyst at FIS, with extensive experience in payroll processing and HR functions since June 2018. Prior to this, Rajesh served as a Junior Executive at Orchid Pharma since December 2010, gaining expertise in SAP’s functional and technical aspects, including payroll, recruitment, and employee relations. Rajesh's earlier role as an Executive at Apt HR Solutions, from August 2007 to November 2010, involved time office management and comprehensive handling of employee benefits and compliance with labor regulations. Academically, Rajesh holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Madras and a Bachelor of Labour Management from the Tamil Nadu Institute Labour Studies.
