Graham Taylor has a diverse work history spanning multiple industries. Graham began their career in 1993 as a Soldier in HM Forces before transitioning to a factory worker at Samsung Electronics from 1997 to 1999. From 1999 to 2002, they served as a Training Officer at Orange, where they led personal development training programs for staff across multiple UK bases. At npower, they worked as a Senior Training Officer from 2002 to 2005. Following this, they joined BT as an NVQ Assessor for a few months in 2005 before moving on to Carter & Carter PLC as a Business Development/Curriculum Officer. In this role, they created training programs and implemented quality control measures. From 2008 to 2009, they were a Training Manager at People Development Skills.

In 2009, Graham established himself as a self-employed Training Consultant at Associate Services, where they provided professional consultancy services and led intranet and digital workplace improvements. The end date for their roles at Oak Engage is currently unknown.

Graham Taylor attended Wellfield Comprehensive from 1987 to 1992 but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during that time. In 2021, they obtained a Level 4 Diploma in Internal Communications through the IoIC from Solent University. Additionally, they have a certification called PTTLS, but information regarding the institution and the year of obtaining it is not provided.
