Alisha Prince believes clear vision, strong communication, and setting a positive tone are tantamount to what do. And she truly loves what she does, because she gets to work with so many different people, she gets to be close to her creative team, she creates structure and process, and she helps everybody figure things out. She's been in the industry for almost 19, years having worked at in-house and full-service advertising agencies. She started at Team One Advertising and she's also worked at Roll International, Herbalife, Wong Doody, Reason Solution Inc., and IDream Soccer Inc. before finding her home at Orcí.
