Erika Valadez has extensive experience in customer service, with a current position as a CSR at ORCO Block & Hardscape since August 2019. Prior roles include customer service representative at Golden State Water Company from July 2016 to August 2019 and multiple customer-focused positions at Verizon Wireless and Time Warner Cable. Erika also served as Assistant Director at The Camp Transformation Center for a brief period in late 2018. Starting a career as a hairdresser at A Head of Time from March 2003 to August 2007, Erika Valadez has cultivated a diverse skill set rooted in client interaction and service excellence. Education was completed at Bell Gardens High School from 1994 to 1998.
