Katerina Pagkalou is an accomplished Account Manager at ORCO S.A. since May 2006, with extensive experience in project management and language moderation across diverse industries, including technology, telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals. Katerina has successfully managed projects for prominent clients such as Microsoft, Oracle, and the United Nations, ensuring quality and timely delivery while serving as the main point of contact between clients and project teams. In addition to project coordination, Katerina is a freelance translator and reviewer specializing in software localization and documentation, possessing advanced proficiency in various CAT and QA tools. Katerina holds a BA in Translation from Ionian University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Cultural Organizations Management at Hellenic Open University.
