Guy Futi

Guy Futi has worked in the corporate world since 2008. Guy began their career as the Founder of MAJI WATER, a beverage venture with a social mission to provide clean drinking water to those in need globally. Clients included Loblaws, Whole Foods, and OTG Management. Relief missions were done in Nicaragua, Uganda, and DrCongo. In 2015, they joined Generation Enterprise as the Chief Operating Officer - Venture Development (Zest). Two years later, they moved to Jumia Group, where they held the roles of Special Projects Director and Managing Director - On-Demand Services. In 2020, they became the co-Founder and CEO of ORDA.

Guy Futi is currently a Doctor of Philosophy (Dphil/PhD) Candidate in Global and Area Studies - Africa at the University of Oxford. Before that, they obtained a Master's degree from Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree from Concordia University. Additionally, they obtained a Canadian Securities Course (CSC\u00ae) certification from the Canadian Securities Institute in February 2007.
