Luis Monteiro

Luis Monteiro has extensive experience in the healthcare field, having worked as a Enfermeiro Especialista in various roles at Hospital Distrital de Lamego and Unidade Local de Saúde Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro. In addition to their healthcare roles, Luis is actively involved in various committees and positions within Rotary Club de Lamego and Rotary Distrito 1970. Luis also served as the Presidente of Associação de Pais e Encarregados de Educação do Agrupamento Latino Coelho.
