Iolanda Serra Loreiro

Iolanda Serra Loreiro has extensive experience in the field of psychology and human resources. Since March 2018, Iolanda has held roles in Human Resources for Mota-Engil, specifically in Mota-Engil Engenharia e Construção África, S.A. and as part of Corporate HR & Sustainability for Mota-Engil, SGPS. Iolanda is also an Effective Member of the Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses since January 2013 and has practiced as a psychologist in several organizations, including Associação Diogo de Azambuja and CMRRC - Rovisco Pais, where Iolanda contributed to educational seminars focused on cognitive functions. Iolanda's educational background includes a Master's degree in Clinical Neuropsychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, complemented by an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree from the University of Valencia and Universidade de Coimbra. Further, Iolanda has held positions in student organizations and has experience in administrative roles early in the career.
