Patrícia Vieira

Patrícia Vieira is a seasoned Human Resources Manager at Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses since April 2012, specializing in recruitment, training, internal communication, and the development of HR plans and budgets. Previously, in roles such as Training Coordinator and Responsible for the Accreditation System, Patrícia coordinated training initiatives and developed systems to support the professional growth of psychologists. Patrícia has also worked as a psychologist at IEFP, managing educational programs and skill validation processes, and briefly taught workshops at the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Porto. Patrícia holds multiple degrees, including an Executive Master's in Human Resources Management, a Master's degree in Psychological Empowerment, and a Bachelor's in Psychology.
